About This Show
(Work in progress) Semi-autobiographical. Having freshly come out to their friends, a non-binary student named Ashley heads out onto their local queer clubbing scene. There, they meet Katrina - an older trans woman and adult performer who is determined to help Ashley transition. A messy, whirlwind romance ultimately teaches both of them a simple lesson: the only person who gets to define you is yourself. A selection of songs from the show were first performed at Shout festival (Birmingham UK) in 2022 (see video).
