About This Show

Guided by their favorite femme-tech podcast Leave it to the Beavers, Stella, Paloma, and Jane psych themselves up for their very first day on the job at Big Tech, Inc. in San Francisco. Orientation is barely over when they begin to realize that Big Tech, Inc. has big bro energy. Stella’s impostor syndrome, Paloma’s overconfidence, and Jane’s inability to convince men to see beyond her double Ds start as minor inconveniences, but devolve quickly into catastrophe. The three realize that being a woman in tech means fighting an uphill battle in a brotocracy riddled with questionable moral standards despite their top-notch skills, so they break out on their own. But being the boss is tougher than they bargained for. While developing products is easy for them, convincing venture capitalists to invest in their products sends them reeling when there is even more toxic masculinity in fundraising than in tech itself. They’re forced to take a buyout deal from Big Tech, Inc., but it comes with golden handcuffs and a catch: they’re at the mercy of BTI’s narcissistic CEO. A morally bankrupt leader, they’ll need to catch him in the act of committing fraud in order to break free.
